How to Reduce Stress During Finals Week

Finals week is quickly approaching and you know what that means - so much unwanted stress! Managing stress is a key factor to success, so it’s important to take time to relax in order to be your best.

Enter Frazzle Free Finals! Each semester, Healthy UNH works with Campus Partners such as UNH Library, Health Services, and UNH Dining to offer awesome activities such as study snacks, chair massages, and art therapy, to help reduce stress and increase fun.  Other events include therapy dog visits from Elder Pet and Pet Partner Programs, holiday card crafting, and one big primal scream to release built up stress.

This semester, Frazzle Free Finals activities will be held in and around Dimond library starting on Monday, December 12th and conclude on Wednesday, December 14th.
