The end of the semester is often a stressful time for everyone. This can lead to tension in the office or at home. How can you get rid of tension and stress? Try laughing! Laughing is a great way to relieve stress! Whether you’re laughing with one of your coworkers or at funny video on YouTube, laughing has a positive impact on your mental and physical health.

According to the Mayo Clinic, laughing can:

  4. Improve mood
  5. Relieve pain in the body
  6. Soothe tension in muscles
