What do you do to make a healthy UNH?

I make sure everyone around me is happy and healthy. 

Do you have any tips for eating healthfully?

I try to avoid eating take out and like to make home cooked meals with my family.  

Have you made any tangible improvements regarding your movement or physical activity by making positive changes in your life? 

I like to jog every morning before work. I have noticed a very positive change from jogging every day. 

Do you have any positive words of encouragement for members of our audience who are feeling completely drained and burnt out from this pandemic?

Keep your head up, things will get better.  

What do you do to improve your emotional wellness?

I like to go fishing with my kids. It’s really relaxing and fun. 

What does health mean to you?

Health means to me that at the end of the day, you feel good, mentally and physically. 

Over the last year, have you felt more comfortable advocating for yourself when receiving healthcare?

Yes, I have learned to advocate for myself. I am pretty good at it, considering I am an attorney.
