1.What does health mean to you?
Health means keeping a relaxed and rested mind, and a well-maintained body.
2.What do you do to make a healthy UNH?
As a psychology major I encourage my friends to keep themselves not only physically healthy, but also, mentally healthy. Being mentally aware of your feelings and your stress levels can make a world of difference when it comes to going through day to day tasks.
3.How do you stay fit?
I stay fit by being a part of the UNH Rowing team.
4.Do you have any tips for eating healthfully?
Eat some type of vegetable with every meal, and no potatoes don't count.
5.How do you find motivation to stay healthy?
Getting up at 5 am every day and spending time with amazing people on the rowing team really motivates me to stay healthy.
6.Have you made any tangible improvements to your physical or mental well-being by making positive changes in your life?
Being on the rowing team makes me want to better myself for me and my teammates, I do a couple of lifts a week and I take naps to make myself aware throughout the day.
