Find Out How PACS Can Be More Than Just Counseling
Psychological and Counseling Services (PACS) at UNH provides students with support and education for their personal and academic success through confidential counseling, psychiatric consultation, and outreach and prevention services. However, PACS at UNH is much more than just counseling services. They do offer a number of different counseling services including, individual counseling, group counseling, and couple’s counseling.
More recently, PACS has introduced a series of informal and interactive workshops for the semester, surrounding bettering student’s mental health, that doesn’t have to do with seeing a counselor. These workshops include:
