Stress Relieving Activities During Finals Week

Every year Frazzle Free Finals takes place in Dimond Library at UNH. These three days are meant to de-stress students during a very hectic time.

Stress management is very important during finals week, which is why UNH offers various activities to try and relieve and reduce that stress. This semester Frazzle Free Final activities will take place Tuesday, May 10th through Thursday, May 12th.

Some of the events include visits from therapy dogs from the ElderPet and Pet Partners programs. This event is called “Study Buddies” and students can take a break from their schedules to play with therapy dogs and de-stress.

Other exciting events include “Sanity Central” where students can make crafts, and “Primal Scream” where students can let out frustration and stress with a minute long scream in the library.

Another great component of this week is the free snacks and free coffee donated by Zeke’s Café or the YoNola Bar provided by UNH Dining.  You can also enjoy massages and meditation offered by Health Services!

All of these great events help aid students in having the most successful finals week at UNH. These events offer the much needed breaks from studying that students sometimes do not think they need.
