Are the daily struggles of life weighing you down? Are you going through a major change in your life that you need to talk to someone about?

The University System of New Hampshire offers ALL employees the  Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The EAP is provided by APS Healthcare and offers a variety of services that are free for UNH Employees. Some of the services include the following list:

Family Caregiving Services: Information and referrals are given on a variety of family issues such as prenatal care, or daycare services.

Legal Services: Consultations or phone calls are available if employees have any questions about legal matters.

Financial Services: A consultation with a professional is available if employees need any financial advice.
