What does health mean to you?: You are what you eat! A healthy body = a healthy mind. Some say your body is a temple and you should treat it as such. I completely agree with that.

What does health mean to you?: I look at health as something that completes a person emotionally, physically and mentally. Health to me does not mean focusing in on the minor details of obsessing over the small things in life. I have learned stress plays a major role emotionally and physically.

What does health mean to you?: Health to me is a question of balance. When I was an R.A for three years we were taught to stress the importance of having as many aspects of your life in equilibrium as possible.
