Join Health & Wellness in March for Sleep Awareness Month to learn how you can get a better night’s sleep.

Napercise Power Napping

Tuesdays from 1pm-2pm, Thrive

If you’re having difficulty getting a good night’s sleep or find you’re dragging during the day, what you may need is a POWER NAP! Join us for a napping session where you will be guided through a relaxation meditation that will sooth you into a 20 minute power nap. All participants will get a free sleep kit.

Sleepy Time Meditations

Wednesdays from 12:30pm-1pm, Health & Wellness

If you’re having a difficult time falling asleep at night, a meditation practice could help you ease more quickly and easily into your ZZZs. Join us for sleep-themed guided meditation to help you start building a pre-bedtime meditation practice.

Consult a Sleep Coach Drop-In Sessions

Wednesdays from 1pm-2pm, Health & Wellness

Have questions about your sleep patterns, looking for tips to improve your sleep, or want to gain a better understanding of why you may feel sleepy during the day?  If you can’t attend a drop-in, you can make an appointment for wellness coaching online at www.unh.edu/health

Yoga Nidra

Friday, March 22nd from 1:10pm-3pm, Thrive

Restore, revive, and energize your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.Yoga Nidra offers a deep state of relaxation and will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Sleep Expo: Choose to Snooze

Thursday, March 21st from 11am-2pm, HRC Courts

Journey through an interactive experience where you will learn about the importance of sleep, have the opportunity to have a free sleep assessment and be provided tools and skills to help get a better night’s sleep. Free chair massages and raffle prizes.

Nutrition Expo: Eat for Sleep

Thursday, March 28th from 11am-2pm, HRC Courts

What you put into your body impacts how well you are able to sleep at night. Visit our Be Well, Sleep Well table at the nutrition expo to learn how you can eat for ZZZs.
