Sexpostive Events

Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) at UNH

1 in 2 sexually active young people will get a STI by age 25. Most won't know it. The most common STIs are chlamydia, gonorrhea and herpes.

If you are sexually active, you should get screened/tested for STIs (and HIV).

Free Condoms and Dental Dams

Condoms are a barrier method of contraception that can reduce the risk of unwanted pregnancy, sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and HIV. If you are having vaginal, oral or anal sex, you should be wearing a condom every time, from start to finish.

We provide free condoms (male/external and female/internal), lubrication and dental dams to all UNH students. These may be found in our front lobby or by visiting our health education office in room 249. Non-latex and x-large available, by request.

Look for us around campus to get a free Sex Kit. The kit includes a variety of condoms, lubrication and educational material.
