Cardiff University is located in the center of the capital of Wales, an exciting and diverse city and the heart of Welsh history, culture, street life and politics. There is something for everyone in the Welsh capital, with the excitement of the small city campus located just minutes from the beautiful coastlines, hills, walking trails and green countryside for which Wales is famous.

The city hosts a number of international sport, music and entertainment events throughout the year, and acts as the backdrop to a number of award winning television shows, such as BBC’s Dr. Who and Sherlock. For students who are interested in exploring farther afield, Cardiff is an ideal hub. London is less than two hours away by train, and the city has an international airport that connects you to the rest of Europe.

UNH Exchange programs are suitable for students with strong leadership skills who want an immersion experience studying with local students, relying on local services with no management or oversight by UNH or other U.S. provider.
