Seeking Youth Education Volunteers!

Are you interested in teaching children about farming, environmental science, and the farm-to-table cycle through a hands-on gardening experience?

Join us to share the joy of growing food with local youth. As a volunteer Youth Educator, you will be able to work with children in our Learning for Environment, Agriculture, and Food (LEAF) after school program and/or our Field Trip program.

LEAF, our after school youth program, will be taking place on Thursdays, and Sundays from 4:30-5:30pm until the end of October. If you like to engage youth with fun garden-themed lessons and crafts, and harvest & taste fruits and veggies, become a LEAF volunteer once a week!

Farm Field Trips will take place on Wednesday and Thursday mornings. Commit to one morning a week and work alongside youth as they plant, harvest, weed, compost, and do many other essential farm tasks.  Spring field trips run from April- early June.
