iEat Green, founded by Bhavani Jaroff, inspires schools, corporations and families in their quest to becoming “Greener.” The organization promotes eating organic, local and seasonal foods whenever possible. It supports sustainable agricultural practices and encourages a connection between the farm, the farmer and the table. iEat Green is founded on a passion for delicious foods, healthy lifestyles and reducing one’s global footprint.
Internship regarding all areas of business:
- Organic educational vegetable garden for “farm to table” cooking
- Planning, planting, harvesting, maintaining & research
- Tabling at farmers markets & other local ‘Green’ events
- Cooking & cooking demonstrations
Full and part time interns needed. iEat Green is offering internships for individuals who are looking for the opportunity to explore and learn the field of sustainability. Experience will develop in agriculture, in the kitchen, in health, and in the environment, for the mind, body, spirit, and planet.
Become more aware of your surroundings, and learn valuable ways to support our sustainable message. Experience is a plus, but desire to learn about sustainability a must. Organic meals prepared together daily.
