World Farmers is looking for a dynamic, personable, and competent Marketing Manager to join the team. 

The Marketing Manager will provide leadership and vision to all aspects of our three-year marketing strategy. This person will implement marketing efforts through our Farmer Marketing Cooperative, which will include building relationships with our farmers of ethnically and socially diverse backgrounds, while coordinating and facilitating market opportunities. This position requires a high level of autonomy, initiative, and the ability to work with a range of players.

Here is an opening with the Oregon State University Small Farms Program (part of the Center for Small Farms & Community Food Systems). It is a 0.75 FTE extension faculty position with opportunities for full time employment (funding is recurring). It is located in Salem, Oregon in the mid-Willamette Valley of western Oregon (about 60 minutes south of Portland). The position collaborates with other Small Farms faculty in a very effective team. The OSU Small Farms program focuses on organic/biological/sustainable approaches to farming and enhancement of local/regional food systems.

 Love & Carrots is a local business that designs, installs and maintains organically grown vegetable gardens in the DC area. We are seeking some stellar folks to join us in our work this Season as Installation Crew Members.

 Schedule: March 1st to June 30th - 40 plus hrs/wk.  Start and end dates are flexible and there is the potential for full time hire (full season through Nov 25) based on performance and need.
