Vegetable Production Crew Member
Job Description : Crew members will participate in every aspect of vegetable growing, including greenhouse work, planting, hand and tractor cultivation, disease and pest management, harvesting, and washing and packing. In addition they will attend and run one local farmer's market stand each week.
Schedule: This is a seasonal, full-time position beginning in the spring
(April) and ending mid-November. Work is spread over 5 to 5½ days/week. Hours will range from 40 to 65 and will average out over the season to around 55/ week.
