Gather up 1 large Wild Kitty Salad consisting of 2 cups romaine lettuce, 1/4 cup diced tomato, 1/4 cup diced cucumber, 1/4 cup diced green pepper 1/8 cup carrots, 1/4 cup mushrooms, 2 oz. grilled chicken and 2 tbsp. Ken's Balsamic Vinaigrette. Then get 1- 4.4 oz. cup of Uncle Ben's Brown Rice and 1- 5.3 oz. cup of Stonyfield 0% fat French Vanilla Yogurt.

Directions:

Request vegetable specifics on salad and add half container of the dressing (2 tbsp. worth). Add 2 oz. grilled chicen. Heat rice (container from store shelf) and incorporate into the salad. Enjoy with yogurt and have water as a beverage.
