Not Your Average University Dining
Do you know what it takes to serve 80,000 meals a week? We sure do! Our family of more than 1,000 chefs, servers, managers, student employees and others, serve from wood-fired pizza and grilled cheese to homemade soups and vegan dishes. Our menus change daily so students never get tired of eating the same old thing. We also provide themed meals on special holidays with restaurant style dishes such as seafood bisque, sushi, hand-carved roast beef and vegetarian stuffed shells.
If the fresh ingredients in our creations aren't proof enough of our high standards, we also have the great honor of receiving more than 30 Loyal E. Horton Dining Awards presented by the National Association of College and University Food Services. From appetizer to dessert, and morning to midnight, we all work for one reason - to serve you with a smile!
