We'd be happy to send you a purchase order form via campus mail for a faculty/staff meal plan. Complete the form and return it to Holloway Commons Dining Office or you can stop by at the Dining ID Office to complete a card and have your meal plan and/or Dining Dollars activated. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm.
