Gather up 1 medium  apple, 1 tbsp. chunky or smooth peanut butter and 1/2 cup of chocolate almond granola.

Directions:

Slice up your apple. Cover apple slices with peanut butter and roll in the granola to cover.

Berry Delicious Oatmeal

Gather up 1 cup of hot cooked oatmeal, 1/2 cup of blueberries, 1/2 cup of strawberries, 1/8 cup slivered almonds, 1 cup lactaid mild and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Directions:

Top oatmeal with berries, slivered almonds and cinnamon. Add some milk to oatmeal if desired or drink on the side.

Gather up 3/4 cup of plain non-fat Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup mixed berries, 1 whole wheat English muffin and 1 small apple.

Directions:

In a medium size bowl, mix yogurt & mixed berries. Top on an English muffin and enjoy with a sliced apple and glass of water.

Gather up 1 cup of hot cooked oatmeal, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 small apple, 2 tsp. honey, a sprinkle of cinnamon and 3 oz. of broccoli/cheese egg whites.

Directions:

Top oatmeal with berries, drizzle with honey and cinnamon. Enjoy with a scoop of broccoli/cheese egg whites.

Gather up 1 whole wheat English muffin, 1 tbsp. hummus, 2 scrambled egg whites, 2 tsp. diced tomatoes, 2 tsp. diced onions, 1 tbsp. plain Greek yogurt and 1 small apple.

Directions:

Toast English muffin, spread with hummus, top with egg whites, tomatoes, onions and drizzle with Greek yogurt. Enjoy with a small apple on the side.

Oatmeal, Fruit and Toast

Gather up 1/2 cup plain cooked oatmeal, 1 cup skim milk, 1 cup fresh strawberries, 1 slice of hearty 5 grain bread and 1/2 tbsp. peanut butter.

Directions:

Toast your bread and top with peanut butter. Top oatmeal with the strawberries (try cinnamon as well). Enjoy with a glass of milk.

Gather up 1 small apple, 1 cup cooked steel-cut oatmeal, 1 cup of plain non-fat Greek yogurt and 1 tsp. cinnamon sugar.

Directions:

Cut the apple into slices. Top oatmeal with plain yogurt and apple slices and then top with cinnamon sugar.

Peanut Butter and "Jam" English Muffin

Gather up 1 whole wheat English muffin, 2 tbsp. peanut butter, 1/2 cup diced strawberries and 1/2 cup blueberries.

Directions:

Toast English muffin and spread with peanut butter. Mix the berries together and add on top of peanut butter for a jelly alternative.

Tofu Scramble with Blueberry English Muffin

Gather up 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/2 cups firm tofu, 1 cup raw spinach, 1 tbsp. onion, 1/4 cup bell peppers, 1/4 cup shredded carrots, 1/8 tsp. curry powder, 1/8 tsp. garlic powder, 1/8 tsp. chili powder, 1 whole wheat English muffin, 4 tbsp. plain non-fat Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp. blueberries and 1 tbsp. honey.

Directions:

Mix the veggies and tofu thoroughly with the spices and saute for 2-3 minutes or until spinach has wilted. Toast English muffin. Spread with Greek yogurt, sprinkle with blueberries and drizzle with honey.
