Amanda's Hummus Salad with Quinoa and Beans

Made from Amanda's Hummus Salad, 1/2 cup cooked quinoa, 1/4 cup canned black beans, 1 medium apple, 1 slice of whole grain bread (Millet or Hearty 8 Grain) and 1-6 oz. Stonyfield Greek 0% Fat Blueberry Yogurt cup.

Directions:

Add into the Amanda's Hummus Salad the quinoa and black beans. Add 1 slice Hearty 8 Grain or Millet bread for hummus; apple and yogurt cup on side.
