If a CPE-sponsored training is canceled, an automated cancellation email will be sent to the DHHS email account of all enrollees and their supervisors after the training has been canceled in the Bridges training module. Please note: Only registrants whose enrollment status is "Enrolled" - and their supervisors - will receive the automated email. Staff whose enrollments are still pending approval from their supervisor will not receive the automated cancellation email. Any non-DHHS enrollees of canceled trainings will be notified via either the email address or phone number they provided to CPE when they registered.
Cancellations of CPE-sponsored trainings will be noted in the training calendar for the date(s) of any training that is canceled.
In case of inclement weather or emergency circumstances, CPE-sponsored training cancellations or delays will also be communicated to attendees as soon as possible in the following ways:
- An outgoing training cancellation voicemail message will be left at CPE's main phone number, 603-271-4732.
- A training cancellation notice will be posted at the top of the CPE website home page.
- CPE staff will call all district office supervisors; district office supervisors will then ensure that any of their staff affected by the cancellation are notified.
If a training cancellation has not been communicated via any of the methods outlined above by 6:30 AM the morning of a training, then the training has not been canceled.
