The University of New Hampshire Center for Professional Excellence in Child Welfare (CPE) has a unique partnership with the Division for Children, Youth & Families. Through this partnership, CPE is able to provide a wide variety of training and professional development opportunities to those dedicated workers serving our state’s most vulnerable populations.

In order to provide a comprehensive training program, CPE also partners with a number of other agencies including: CASA of New Hampshire, Court Improvement Project, New Hampshire State Library, and Granite State College's Education & Training Partnership program.

To ensure a state of the art training program using the most up to date research across multiple disciplines, CPE relies on numerous partnerships within the UNH community. These partners include: Academic Technology, Institute on Disability, Department of Social Work, Browne Center for Innovative Learning, Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning, JusticeWorks, and Crimes Against Children.

Finally, we proudly partner with two national child welfare programs that we admire greatly. The Tennessee Center for Child Welfare Program and Wisconsin Child Welfare Center provide CPE with programmatic models for which to strive.
