Are you in compliance with your training hour requirement?

Publication Date:

Are you a worker who would like to see how many training hours you have or check to see if you have submitted an action plan for a recent training that you attended?  Are you a supervisor who would like to verify the number of training hours for a worker's upcoming performance review?  Are you an administrator who would like to see which offices are in compliance with the training hour requirement and which ones are not?  CPE is here to help!

Each month, when Bridges is functioning, CPE posts in Blackboard an updated report of training hours.  This report can be found in the "Center for Professional Excellence in Child Welfare" Org in Blackboard under the tab "Training Records."  If you would like step by step instructions on how to access this report, click here.

Unfortunately, because of the continuing issues with the Bridges Training Module, we have been unable to generate compliance reports to post on Blackboard since June 29, 2012.  This means that, while the compliance reports developed prior to July, 2012, are available, there are not reports for trainings conducted after this time.  But don't worry, we're still happy to help you monitor training hours that occurred after June 29, 2012 - with a little help from you!

CPE's Quality Assurance Specialist, Pam Seufert, has maintained paper copies of all action plans and sign in sheets.  If you have a question about your training hours, you should check the most recent training compliance report to see training credit given as of last June 29.  Then simply email your training liaison with a list of the trainings you've taken since June 29, 2012.  Your training liaison will go through the files and determine whether you've provided all of the necessary documents for those trainings or whether you need to provide additional documentation (e.g., action plans, training certificates, etc.).

Thank you so much for your patience during this process!
