While CPA is here if you need us, you can do almost everything that needs to be done to promote an event yourself, including advertising, contacting the media and utilizing social media. Event promotion resources:
- Use the CPA DIY toolkit (new automated version coming summer 2019)
- Advertise through campus resources:
- Orca TV Ads typically appear within a few days of submission
- The New Hampshire Copy due at least 7 days prior
- Dining Services Due 7 days prior to scheduled ad date
- Send your event announcement to media outlets:
- Seacoastonline.com (Portsmouth Herald, Fosters)
- Business and Industry Association of NH
- Business NH Magazine
- NH Business Review
- Local Chambers of Commerce
- Utilize web and social media (pre and post-event):
- Post the event details on your website
- Post on social media
- Include in a newsletter
- Have any groups you partner with do the same
