About CFAR

 

At the Center for Academic Resources (CFAR), undergraduate students will find a variety of services and resources to support their academic success. Many resources are available right here on our website.CFAR educational counselors are also available for walk-in consultation to help students address academic challenges, reach goals, and find the right support resources on campus.

CFAR is open!!  There are several ways to connect with CFAR in Fall 2020:

  • Scheduled appointments! Appointments can be made with any of our educational counselors by  emailing us at cfar.sss@unh.edu.

  • Our peer academic mentors who teach time management and study skills are available by clicking here to sign up and schedule 30 minute meetings.

  •  Live Chat! Our professional educational counselor are ready to answer your questions between 8 and 4:30. You can leave a message for us after hours and we will get back to you the next day.

  • Not sure what works for you? Just email us with your specific question or concerns.

Location

CFAR is located in Smith Hall, at the central intersection of the UNH campus - Main Street and Garrison Avenue. If you orient yourself to buildings, Smith is directly across Main Street from Thompson Hall. CFAR is on the second floor. The reception area is shared with the Student Accesibility Services office and located in Room 201.
