We believe the best way, the Wildcat Way, to have a successful on-campus interview day is to post your job opportunity with your on campus interviewing request. Take advantage of the Wildcat Way and let us do the work for you! All requests are to be made 3 weeks prior to desired date to ensure successful marketing to students. Services provided include:

1) Login to your Wildcat Careers account

2) Click on Request On Campus Interviews tab on the right hand side under Shortcuts

3) Click on the Request a Schedule button

4) Fill out the New Interview Schedule Request (you will be asked to post your position within this module)

            a. On Campus Interview Models

                Pre Select allows you the ability to hand-pick students to interview who meet your screening requirements

                Pre-Select to Alternate starts with pre-select and then, after a certain date, opens your schedule to your alternates

                Open allows all qualified students to sign up for available interview slots on a first-come, first-serve basis 

5) Click Submit. Your schedule has been sent to Career and Professional Success for approval. You will receive an approval email within 3-5 business days.

If you have chosen to have resumes emailed to you, you will receive email notifications when someone has applied. If you have chosen to accumulate resumes online, you must sign into Wildcat Careers to check on any updates.

Login to your Wildcat Careers account and click OCR on the left hand side navigation pane 

  • The Schedules tab provides an overview of your interview schedule
  • The Positions tab lists the On Campus Interview positions you are recruiting for
  • The Interviews tab lists the names of the students you have selected to interview during your visit
  • The Applicants tab lists all students who have submitted their application. This is where you can select students to interview. Once students have been selected they will be notified to log in to Wildcat Careers and pick a time slot.
  • The Wait-list tab lists the names of the students whom you've assigned as alternates. After a chosen date if your selected applicants do not sign up for an interview slot the slots will become available to your alternates.

Just want an interview room? Email Employer Relations with the following request:

  1. Wildcat Job ID
  2. Date
  3. Beginning time
  4. Ending time
  5. # of rooms needed

A student interview list is required prior to your confirmed interview date. Please use provided template and fill out in entirety. 

  • Make your request and post your position(s) ahead of time (3 week requirement). 
  • Include company marketing content and social media handles in your request so we can get your brand out to students as best as possible.
  • We can not guarantee interview sign ups. If you are new to campus. boost your on campus interviewing by requesting a Tabling session prior to your interview date.
