Why Volunteer At The UNH Career and Internship Fair?

B.A. in Recreation Management & Policy: Program Administration Event Coordinator at Medtronic
Emma volunteered at the UNH Career & Internship Fair. While assisting employers to their table before the fair, she had a great conversation with one of the recruiters from Medtronic. The recruiter was so impressed, she contacted the UNH Career and Professional Success team after to ask “who was that student?!” CaPS (with the help of other Career & Internship Fair volunteers) tracked down Emma and connected her with the recruiter. She was brought in to discuss her interests and subsequently offered a job after graduation to be Medtronic’s Event Coordinator out of their Portsmouth office.
