12:00 PM to 2:00 PM - Memorial Union Building Strafford Room: In an effort to support University of New Hampshire students looking for part-time and/or work-study jobs or internships on campus and in the community, Career and Professional Success invites all students to take part in the spring Part-Time & Work Study Job Fair on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 from 12:00 – 2:00 PM in the MUB’s Strafford Room.No registration is required to attend.Search and apply to positions in advance on Handshake then meet the department at the fair to show your interest.Bring copies of your resume to share. Some employers may take them at the fair, while others may ask you to apply online.PLEASE BE AWARE: Jobs are not guaranteed to all students that attend. You will have to apply to each department. Spring 2020 Resume Review Day with Industry Experts 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM

11:30 AM to 3:00 PM - Memorial Union Building: Join Career and Professional Success and industry experts at Resume Review Day! This biannual event brings employers, hiring managers, and alumni to campus to offer 1-on-1 resume review to students from all majors and with all career interests.This is not an interview or formal application for a specific job/internship within one of the companies, but an incredible opportunity for students to get tips and feedback on their resumes from industry experts that look at thousands of resumes each year. To see all employers in attendance and directories for each room: To see Resume Resources ahead of the event: What is it? Students have 1-on-1 time with an employer related to their major or industry of choice to explore their resume Students may just show up, there is no pre-registrationStudents are encouraged to bring multiple copies of their resume (as recruiters may ask to keep one) Students are also encouraged to upload their resume to Handshake (formerly Wildcat Careers) (under "Documents") before the event in case they need access to a digital copy

1:00 PM to 5:00 PM - Whittemore Center: Join UNH Career and Professional Success (CaPS) for our Fall Career & Internship Fair! With 200+ employers coming from all industries and sectors to Wildcat Country, get on the path to lifelong success at this signature event.To see and search the list of the growing list of employers that will be in attendance, log in to Handshake.All classes, from first-year students to seniors and graduate students, are encouraged to attend. First-time Fair attendees are invited on guided tours hosted by CaPS staff throughout the fair, and Career Counselors will host mini-prep sessions throughout the beginning of the event to help you perfect that elevator pitch. The UNH Alumni Association will be hosting a free LinkedIn Headshot Photoshoot for all interested attendees.

Start-Up & High-Growth Career Fair 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

6:00 PM to 8:00 PM - Memorial Union Building Strafford Room: The career fair at UNH just for start-ups and high-growth companies will help you find students with a wide range of skills and an understanding and passion for start-up environments.Students’ entrepreneurial skill sets come from the academic and experiential learning that happens across campus in every college, regardless of major.START-UP & HIGH-GROWTH CAREER FAIR DETAILSThis will be for full-time, part-time and paid internship positions.Set-up: Traditional career fair table set-up but we will look to have an energetic and fun environmentTHE COMPANY PITCH: Each company will stand in front of students on stage to give their “1-minute elevator pitch”. Students will vote on the best pitch! Awards to be given. A FUN and good way to let students know about your company, what positions you are looking to hire, and why they should make sure to meet you!Students will then be free to meet with you at your table/boothCo-sponsored by UNH Entrepreneurship Center (ECenter), UNH Entrepreneurship Club (student organization), and Career and Professional Success (CaPS).

6:00 PM to 7:30 PM - Huddleston Hall Huddleston Ballroom: Join us for the Animal Careers Symposium hosted by the St. Martin Career Exploration Office in the College of Life Sciences and Agriculture. This event hosts industry professionals in animal sciences and the agricultural industry, providing an opportunity for students to learn about the myriad of opportunities in these fields by speaking with industry professionals.
