  • How to contact Business Services
    •  Our campus location is temporarily closed but staff may be contacted by phone or email:  603-862-2230 9:00 am – 4:00 pm or business.services@unh.edu
  • Best way to make a payment
    •  The online payment system through Webcat or Parent Portal is fully operational.  (fastest and simplest method)
    •  Or payments may be mailed.  Please allow several business days.  
  • Scholarship checks or 529 payments
    •  Mail to the office as promptly as possible to ensure posting before deadlines. Any checks that are copayable to the student and UNH should be endorsed by the student before sending to UNH.

  • Student account refunds
    •  If your account is overpaid and shows a credit balance, you may request a direct deposit refund through the Billing menu in Webcat. Requests for fall semester refunds can be made starting August 19. Cash refunds are not available at this time.
