Taking a transnational perspective, this course examines the phenomenon of fascism through its cinematic representation. Analyzes definitions of fascism, narrative representations of fascism and the role of propaganda in fascism. Special fee.

Introduces the critical habits and skills of inquiry-based learning. As a General Education 8 course in Literature and Ideas it focuses on the wall as a "concrete" aspect of everyday material culture and as a metaphorical site of cultural and ideological definition, experience, memory and expression in diverse contexts.
