The Colby College Art Museum is a treasure set in Central Maine. It is a teaching museum and a destination for American art. The museum is located on the College campus and actively contributes to the College curriculum and to the region’s quality of life. It inspires connections between art and people through distinctive exhibitions, programs and publications and through an outstanding collection that emphasizes American art and contemporary art with holdings that span cultures and time periods.

After small group guided tours of “Eastman Johnson and Maine” (a major exhibition at the museum) and some personal time to view other exhibits, we will be served a buffet lunch in the Alumni Center followed by a talk from a faculty member.

The Taste of North End luncheon buffet includes: Tuscan Caeser Salad with sun-dried tomatoes, olives and shaved parmesan; Chicken Parmesan with marinara and mozzarella cheese; Fettucine with creamy alfredo sauce; Sauteed zucchini and summer squash with garlic; onion and roasted tomatoes; rolls with whipped butter, tiramisu, fresh fruit salad with berries and assorted soda, seltzers and water.
