Dr. Phani Kidambi (PK) joins the Analytics and Data Science program at UNH as a lecturer. Prior to joining UNH, PK served as a Data Scientist in the Customer Experience Strategy Team at Wells Fargo and as a faculty/administrator/researcher at Wright State University.

PK’s major accomplishments include quantifying customer experience emotions with TouchID and MRDC products at Wells Fargo, increasing Wright State’s international enrollment by over 80% in a period of 18 months utilizing data science techniques, generating over $7 Million in research/service contracts, publishing over 25 technical articles and winning two teaching awards.

His research interests are in the areas of Data Science, Business Intelligence, Decision Support Systems, Content Based Image Retrieval, Pattern Recognition, Information Retrieval, Medical Image Processing, Human Computer Interaction, Usability, Customer Experience, Affective cues, Culture and Entrepreneurship.

PK is moving to UNH along with his spouse Swapna and daughter Aditi.
