Will you use these properties as part of the described activities on an ongoing basis(yearly)? no yes
If Yes Please Describe:
Some individuals use UNH properties on an ongoing basis for many classes; it may be unrealistic to turn in a CRA form every semester. If you mark yes above, you only need to submit this form once. The Woodlands and Natural areas office will keep your information on file and contact you every two years for revisions or additions.
Public Use of this information: The information submitted through this form is intended to aid in understanding, management, and protection of University properties. Because some sensitive areas may be disrupted by public visitation, it is your choice whether you would like your locations disclosed during the use period. Please indicate your preference below.
No, I would prefer my site remain private for the duration of the approved period of use
Yes, others may visit these/this location(s)
If the activities in this application will be using a specific area, please submit a map to the Woodlands office. If this map is not necessary please explain why.
If flagging is necessary, only blue or white biodegradable flagging is permitted. Areas must be restored to the condition before the initiation of the CRA. Creation of new trails is not permitted. Fires of any kind must be approved by the Fire Department/Fire Warden.
Some activities on university property require permission from other organizations other than the Office of Woodlands and Natural Areas (Department of Police, Facilities Services, etc). It is the responsibility of the applicant to contact the appropriate organizations.
Approval of use is subject to approval by the Office of Woodlands and Natural Areas and the University of New Hampshire Woodlands Committee. In some cases a site visit by the Woodlands Manager may be required before this form is approved.
