Completing the Transfer

Transferring to GSC, KSC, PSU, UNH or UNHM
(Click link above for a list of majors at each institution)

In your last semester at GSC or CCSNH, you must let the appropriate USNH Admissions Office know that you plan to transfer to their campus. The regular transfer application deadline does apply to you as an NHTCP student, but there is a special form designed exclusively for you which will greatly facilitate your transfer. You can get a copy of this form from your GSC or CCSNH transfer advisor. PLEASE NOTE, however, that if you started and wish to stay at GSC for your bachelor study, you do NOT need to use this form. Simply let your GSC advisor know that you wish to switch from your associate program to a bachelor program.

When you apply here’s what to do:
(Your advisor can help you with any of these steps)

  1. Obtain the NHTCP transfer form from your advisor and fill it out completely.
    a. Don’t forget to sign it!
  2. Return the form to your advisor at least two weeks before the posted application deadline.
    1. Transfer deadlines for KSC, PSU, and UNH are listed on the reactivation form.
  3. Authorize the Registrar to release an official copy of your transcript to your advisor.
  4. When your advisor has finished putting together the remaining materials needed for your application, go back to her or him to retrieve the package.
    1. Your advisor will add the other official documents from your advising file that are needed to complete your transfer to GSC, KSC, PSU, UNH or UNHM.
  5. Mail the application package to the appropriate USNH Admissions Office (KSC, PSU, and UNH mailing addresses are also on the Reactivation Form).
