Getting Ready for the URC
Thank you for your interest in the Undergraduate Research Conference.
Step 1
- Register for the 2008 URC.
- You can register for more than one URC event.
- All entry fields on the registration form are required information.
- Have all presentation and author information ready so registration form can be filled in completely for the events. See guidelines on events here.

- Accuracy of all your registration information is important as it will be used in important event communications, for email invitations to guests, and certain information will be printed in the University-wide program
Step 2
- If presenting a poster, see the Posters page on this site for guides on making a poster. A comprehensive online tutorial about creating POSTERS with PowerPoint will be available on the URC web site soon.
Step 3
- Finish your presentation. Have your adviser review the content, especially before you print your poster.
Step 4
- Practice your presentation. Tips are located here.
Step 5
- Present at the URC. Wear appropriate clothing and arrive before the presentation to make sure everything is ready. Have fun!
