Goal Setting and Professional Development

Program Description:

In the current economy, departments and organizations have smaller budgets and seemingly fewer advancement opportunities. It has become critical for each individual to be responsible for proactively seeking out opportunities for his/her own career development. This presentation will be a conversation on identifying your purpose and setting goals for your career development. It will also provide tools for participants to begin their own professional development planning.
