Dear UNH Campus Community,

I would like to take this opportunity to provide the campus with an update regarding the Separation Incentive Plan (SIP) process. At this time, 68 applications have been accepted and all remaining employees whose applications were not granted have been notified.

Following past practice, not all positions vacated by SIP agreements will be refilled. During the next few months, responsibility centered unit leaders, business service center directors and human resource partners will be working to better understand organizational needs and align our employment structure to match those needs. We offer our sincere gratitude to all 68 employees who have been granted the SIP. A great deal of institutional knowledge will transition on July 1, and leaders will be actively engaging their departing employees in building transition plans to ensure knowledge is shared within affected departments. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to your RC unit leader or HR partners.
