For the first time in its history, the Executive Development Program will be held on the UNH campus. The program, which is designed for managers who are transitioning to senior leadership roles within their organizations, will be presented on October 21-25th, 2013.
Progressive organizations can leverage this program, designed for recently and soon to be promoted executives as a way to invest in the development of their high potential leaders. Both sessions will be held at the University of New Hampshire’s Durham campus in the brand new, state-of-the-art Peter T. Paul College of Business & Economics, a high tech facility that just opened up for students on March 18th.
The program has a few main objectives:
- To develop executive “next level” capabilities in the areas of strategic thinking, executive presence, leading change, and other key difference maker skills.
- Gain self-awareness of leadership strengths and development needs; create a personal development plan supported by coaching.
- To work on a high level, strategic company challenge and prepare an action plan.
