What were you doing 10 years out of college?

Did you have an international experience (study, research, internship or volunteer abroad) while at UNH?

Although I did not study abroad, I did spend a semester in Washington, DC. I spent a semester with The Washington Center Program, an internship program sponsored out of the then Whittemore School of Business and Economics.

How do you feel your time at UNH has had an impact on where you are today?

My time at UNH was an incredible four years. I formed amazing friendships that I still have today and I also became confident in my abilities to chart my own course. My courses were challenging and interesting and my time there made me realize how much I loved learning. My son has just been accepted as an incoming freshman for next fall and I am so excited to watch him have his own experience. Whatever he chooses to study or get involved in, I am certain it will be an impactful time in his life.

Why do you believe in UNH?

I believe UNH offers the complete college experience. It has the beautiful campus, ideally located in a great part of New England. It has an excellent business school and other leading programs as well as passionate students and professors. And, it offers an amazing social experience-UNH was a total blast!
