Alumni Tale: Kelly Moynihan ’14

What did you study at UNH?

What were you doing 1 year out of college?

After I graduated from UNH in 2014, I moved to Chicago to complete my dietetic internship and get my MBA.

What are you doing now?

I currently work as a dietitian for National Dairy Council (NDC) as part of the Sustainable Nutrition team. My job includes
educating people on the value of dairy products and their role in a healthy diet, as well as working with thought leaders to tell dairy’s sustainability story. I also volunteer with my local nutrition group- the Illinois Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

How do you feel your time at UNH has had an impact on where you are today?

UNH provided me with an exceptional education in nutrition and dietetics and prepared me well to become a dietitian. One of the things that stands out to
me about my experience at UNH is the great work the school continues to do in terms of sustainability! The work I do today would not be the same without the experiences I had at UNH!

Why do you believe in UNH?

For over 150 years, UNH has provided students with a great education along with incredible opportunities both on campus and off. The legacy of this school and the alumni who have gone on to do impressive things shows just how impactful UNH is on so many lives.
