Congratulations on being nominated to apply to UNH Pathways. Pathways is a one-to-one mentoring program designed to connect you with a UNH alum for the purpose of professional and leadership growth. Selection of participation will be based on student career goals and the areas of expertise of alumni mentors.

Program Details:

  • This voluntary program provides an opportunity for you to gain “real world” insights that will help you transition into the work force.
  • Alumni and students will meet monthly, on-campus, according to a mutually agreeable schedule.
  • Students and alumni are nominated and selected for this program by faculty and staff.
  • The program timeline runs from September 2006 to May 2007.
  • The program will include an introductory training session and networking events to bring all participants together at UNH.
  • Student and alumni participants will have the support of the academic departments, the Advising and Career Center, and the Alumni Association.
  • Applicants are required to submit a resume, cover letter, and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 (Please see side menu to upload).
  • Applicants must have a clean conduct record with the University.

Pathways is NOT:

  • This is not a job search program. Although great connections may be formed, the intent of the program is to share advice and knowledge.

Benefits for Students:

  • You can gain "real world" information about career options.
  • You will gain important networking skills.
  • You will receive encouragement and advice from an alum who has walked in your shoes.
  • You will provide a vital role in keeping alumni connected to UNH.

This is a great way to learn about various career paths, to learn networking skills, and to gain insight into the world of work!
