We encourage a 2 week minimum lead time from date of form submission to date of presentation, in order for us to ensure that we can accommodate your request. After submitting this form you will receive an email from our office confirming your date. Due to the high demand for our presentations, you will need to make arrangements for a LCD and laptop to be available for your presentation.
