Key Program, Inc. is a private non-profit human service agency working with court-involved and troubled adolescents in residential and community based programs located throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Human Service Students, including psychology, sociology, criminal justice and social work interested in working with court-involved and troubled teens. Gain significant exposure to the needs of youth in the areas of social services; court and legal systems; educational and vocational support; and physical and mental health advocacy. Intern activities include planning and co-facilitating recreational activities and basic life skill groups, assist in client tutoring and agency assigned or *student proposed project-based work. Participate in all programming activities, staff meetings and trainings. *Projects can be tailored to meet educational/ course requirements.

Entry Level Caseworker Positions: Residential Caseworker Provide advocacy work including educational, legal, vocational and medical, plan and facilitate recreational activities, conduct behavior management and crisis intervention to adolescents in group home settings. BA/BS preferred. Outreach and Tracking Caseworker Provide counseling, educational advocacy, family intervention, and community networking to adolescents and families. A BA/BS in a human service related field is required.
