Brief description of typical entry-level position: |
Product & Process Engineers: Responsible for all technical aspects of assigned casting job numbers, including
gating, process, and tooling design; scrap, labor, and rework improvements; and
compliance to customer specifications through periodic dimensional and
metallurgical audits. Assist Sales and Marketing with cost estimation for new or
revised customer designs, support lean manufacturing initiatives, participate in
concurrent engineering initiatives, and periodically report to management. |
