These Medical Technologist positions require a professional level of knowledge to process, read, interpret and report microbiological test results accurately to be used by clinicians in the diagnosis and treatment of disease. S/he Follows all policies and performs all tests in accordance with the department's standard operating procedures. Performs complex laboratory tests, procedures on blood and other body fluids, routine maintenance on equipment, quality control for all reagents, keeps accurate records of quality control, prepares samples and reagents for testing, as well as, clerical and support services as needed.
