AVID Staffing is a specialized Applications, Voice, Internet and Data contract and permanent placement company based in downtown Boston.  With dozens of clients in the greater Boston area, we are currently expanding and need an energetic, organized, highly driven recruiters to help get us there.  If you’re tired of just being a number in a large agency, or entering the work force for the first time, join our team and personally see the results of your hard work. 

Qualifications:
·Candidate must be professional, articulate and display the work   ethic and drive that it takes to excel.
·Must have a proven track record of success
·Willing to work the hours it takes to accomplish 100% of customer satisfaction.
·Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities:
·Act as primary source for identifying new consultants for current roles/projects/opportunities.
·Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates via both telephone and personal interviews
·Respond to open positions with the highest level of urgency
·Proactively identify and provide sales leads
·Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
·Maintain an intense focus on customer service

AVID Staffing believes in rewarding our employees for the hard work and dedication they put forth.  We offer a base salary + commission + bonus compensation plan guaranteed to be more aggressive than our competition.  End of first year earnings expected to be upwards of $60-90K.  Health, Dental and 401K, as well as vacation/holiday pay and an additional year-end bonus also included
