Grooming Instructor

Chris Bohman

The Thompson School is pleased to have Chris Bohman as our grooming instructor.

Chris Bohman

Chris is a graduate and award winning groomer of the Pedigree Career Insitute, a graduate of Rivier College, and the current owner and operator of  Luv’n Scrub Pet Grooming, LLC.  Chris has also competed in the 2005 and 2009 Intergroom Groomer of the Year and 2009 Extreme Challenge!  In addition, Chris worked for many years with a local 4-H dog club.

The Applied Animal Science faculty feel that the students benefit greatly from Chris’ knowledge and experience.  She confidently provides the students with a strong introduction into the grooming world.  She has patience and provides the time to teach students new techniques and top quality grooming for each and every animal.

Chris understands that communication is extremely important in the grooming profession and should there be any questions regarding your pet’s “day of beauty” or if you wish to talk to her in person, please feel free to call the grooming shop and Chris will be happy to discuss your grooming related concerns.
