Amtrak Downeaster

Offers five roundtrips daily between Boston's North Station and Portland,  ME, servicing the UNH Transit Center, Durham, in both directions.  Intermediate stops in Woburn, Haverhill, Exeter, Dover, Saco, Old Orchard, and Wells.

C&J Bus

Offers service between downtown Boston/Logan Airport and Portsmouth/Dover/Durham, as well as daily nonstop service to New York City.

Mermaid Transportation

Offers on-call service from Logan and Manchester airports to campus.

Offers scheduled service between downtown Boston (South Station) and downtown Portsmouth (Market Square). Connect to Durham from Market Square using Wildcat Transit Route 4.

Local transit in the surrounding communities.  COAST and Wildcat Transit share some bus stops in the local vicinity!  For instance, Shaw's in Dover and the Fox Run Mall in Newington.
