If there is any probability of rain, the host is asked to move the performance indoors -IN ADVANCE OF THE GROUP'S arrival time. The group will not be able to delay setup or the performance for rain. Remuneration: $ $400 is the total donation commitment made for this one show and is due in full within 10 days after the performance. Deposit: $100 is due within 10 days of receipt of this confirmation, in order to reserve the performance date, and is nonrefundable. The deposit will apply to the balance due. An official PO for the full amount may be used in place of the deposit. This can be faxed by due date to 603-862-0298. Make checks payable to U.N.H. Mail check to: ArtsReach, UNH Dept. of Theatre & Dance, PCAC, 30 Academic Way, Durham, NH 03824. Cancellations: The host is asked to provide UNH with a minimum of a 30 day cancellation notice from the performance date. Any cancellation by the host during the 29 days proceeding the performance time will be charged the full rate. Deposits are nonrefundable.
