Beau Skonieczny ‘10
Bio: Beau started playing tennis at the age of 6 or 7. He was not real serious in playing tennis until he moved from Windham, NH to Gilford, NH at the start of his freshman year of high school. He joined the Gilford Varsity team spending the majority of that season as the number three singles and number two doubles positions. The team made it to the finals that year but unfortunately lost in a close match to Derryfield. Beau played number one singles and doubles for his sophomore, junior, and senior year. He was undefeated in singles all three years. Their team saw the finals again his senior year, but unfortunately yet again, they lost in a close match against Derryfield. |

Tim Kolnaski ‘10
Bio: Tim started playing at the young age of 5, in Mystic, Connecticut. He started to get relatively competitive upon entering middle school. He played at Pondview Racquet Club in Westerly, Rhode Island for many years, and also in Groton Long Point, Connecticut. Tim started playing USTA tournaments when he was 14 years old, and stopped when he attended Fitch Senior High School where he was a tri-athlete, playing soccer in the fall, hockey in the winter, and tennis in the spring. There, he played varsity all 4 years, as a freshman he started at #5 singles, played #3 as a sophomore and junior, and ended his high school career as team co-captain and #1 singles. He was All-Conference in his senior year in the Eastern Connecticut Conference, as well as First Team All-Area and was Awarded All-State Honorable mention for #9 Doubles in the state of Connecticut, and was seeded #14 in the state for Men’s singles.

Matt Gaboury ‘11
Bio: Matt went to Guilford High School in Guilford Connecticut. He was the captain of his lacrosse team and they went all area. He began to be serious about tennis this summer, playing at his high school and Sachem's Head Yacht Club. Matt is currently #5 on the UNH Men’s Team. Aside from tennis, he is a freshmen business major in WSBE. Matt is looking forward to continuing tennis and getting better.

Kent Walker ‘10
Bio: Kent Walker played tennis three out of four years at Conval High School in Peterborough, NH. Kent played number two singles and number one doubles his sophomore and senior years. Conval High School went to the quarter finals of the state championship Kent’s senior year. He was also captain of the tennis team his senior year. |

Rechab Towne ‘10
Bio: Rechab played recreationally in high school. He became more interested in tennis since coming to UNH. He enjoyed playing in the local tournament in his hometown to benefit leukemia, which is the Dana Ball tennis tournament. |

Russell Wilcox ‘11
Bio: Russell Wilcox is from Conway, NH and he is currently a freshman at UNH. Russell has played tennis since he was just a kid, but he started playing competitively his sophomore year in high school. He compiled an impressive record of 38-11in singles. He played #1 singles his senior year for the Kennett Eagles with a winning record for the season in singles and #1 doubles. He plans to play as much as he can over the winter to gain a top four spot on the UNH tennis team in the spring.
